Magic Roundabout: The BBC and The Sun indicate pop musicans Robbie Williams and Kylie Minogue are to provide voices for a new film version of the classic children's television series due out in 2004. The show originally ran through the 60's & 70's and was then later revived in the 90's with all the voices supplied by "The Young Ones" actor Nigel Planer. This film version however will be computer generated and include a whole lot of new characters not seen in the series. Williams & Minogue will play the regular roles of Dougal & Florence respectively, Joanna Lumley will play good-natured bovine Ermintrude, Richard O'Brien is the spring-propelled Zebedee, Oscar winner Jim Broadbent will be Brian the Snail, Tom Baker will be ZeeBadee and Ray Winstone is Soldier Sam. Pathe Pictures will distribute the film.
